Jen and Matt’s wedding was unique in lots of ways, with the guests raving about the view, the food, and even the guestbook! Their guest book was 24 custom-designed pages with their engagement photos. The pages are made of a fine-art paper and the photos were from our engagement session earlier this summer in downtown Boston. We took well over and hour and walked around to scenic spots in the Boston Common, Public Garden, and all along the Esplinade.
The best part about a guest book with no lines and lots of open space is that your friends and family have ample room to write a personal note to you. I have had lots of feedback that these style albums often take a prominent place in a couple’s new home, as because they really enjoy reading the notes over and over.
Congrats to Justine and Jeff, who are having their album delivered this week! Their wedding was on the north shore with a view of the harbor, boats, and an incredible sunset. Their album is a matted-style traditional album, showcasing images of their bridal party and family, and even a few under the umbrella showing off just how romantic a little rain on your wedding day can be.

Taryn and Paul were married last fall at the Lanam Club in Andover, MA. To go with their formal wedding, they chose a flush mount album with black leather, silver gilding and a cover cameo (photograph inlaid in the leather). Taryn did a great job narrowing down all of the images, so their design is simple and dramatic (I love it!). Here are just a few detail images of some of the album spreads.
