Bethany did such a great job at my last wedding that I wanted to share some photos of her work. I have done a few weddings now with Gourmet Galley Catering, the two most recent this summer being in Mystic, CT. I just had to give a shout out to them as they are really wonderful! Jeanette at Gourmet Galley does a great job making delicious food and presenting it beautifully! At one wedding, she had a chef mixing up fresh batches of guacamole while guests watched and sipped on signature margharitas, and at another wedding her staff served a several course meal family-style with a buffet dessert table and the guests loved it! It’s too bad that this vendor is a bit too far away to deliver one of her fantastic cakes to most of my couples. She did a fantastic job! Lisa from The Chocolate Swirl in NY brought her talants to her sister-in-laws wedding a few weeks ago. Check out her beach cake in the photos below! And I can honestly say that this is one of the best tasting wedding cakes I have had. It’s not easy to make a cake that is super delicious and beautiful to look at!
